Senior Conditioning Surveyor

Location: Home-based with UK-wide travel

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits

Type: Permanent, Full-time

About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Buildings and Asset Surveyor to join our Building and Assets team. The ideal candidate will be degree educated in building surveying or approved RICS accredited degree, with an HNC/HND in Mechanical/Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in assets validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive asset surveys and conditioning assessments.
  • Perform building materials and fabric surveys, including space planning.
  • Report on building conditions, both internal and external.
  • Utilise mobile data capture and reporting tools.
  • Amend and draw outline building plans.
  • Manage multiple building and property portfolios, including infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual legislative conditions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of asset management.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical equipment surveys.
  • Ability to undertake SC Clearance and meet residency requirements.
