Every Priory Personnel consultant truly appreciates the pressure and legal requirements of commercial driving and you will receive at least one personal assessment visit from us to fully understand your individual operation, enabling us to brief our drivers/temps fully.
We understand that the main reason for our success is our thorough interview process. We have an extremely rigorous and individual approach to interviewing potential recruits.
After an initial telephone call, we follow up face to face where we then test their Tacho knowledge and check all original documentation such as licenses, certificates and passports. We then submit for DVLA checks and up to 5 years referencing. After which we engage with the drivers about what jobs they have previously most enjoyed working on, where they belief their own skillsets are placed and we obtain a better understanding of them as an individual personality profiling.
We ensure that whatever the specific requirements are for the job, our driver is capable and qualified for the task. A driver holding an LGV license still may not be up to our required standard and therefore they will not be put forward.
